Born out of an accidental abundance of cilantro, Chef Molé decided to innovate instead of waste. He created Cilantro Garlic Dressing as a accent to his salads at his restaurant back in 2017. Soon, his regulars were clamoring for the dressing itself. Demand was overwhelming and he was selling the dressing in deli cups on the fly. People kept asking "Why don't you sell this separately?" and he finally decided to do just that. 

Now, Chef Molé's dressing is available outside of the restaurant! Cilantro Garlic Dressing is vegan, gluten-free and locally made in Hawai'i.
